Privacy Policy
Arpeggio Partners ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at arpeggio.partners. This policy describes what information we collect when you interact with the site, how we use it, and the third-party services we rely on.
1. What we collect
- Contact-form submissions. If you fill out the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide.
- IP address and basic request metadata. Our content delivery network and the serverless function that handles contact-form submissions log IP addresses, user-agent strings, and timestamps. We use this to prevent abuse and to understand aggregate traffic patterns.
- We do not run analytics or behavioral trackers. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no advertising cookies. The site itself sets no cookies.
2. How we use it
- Contact-form submissions are delivered to our team so we can respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share them.
- IP address and request metadata are used only to maintain the integrity of the site — rate-limiting, captcha verification, and incident investigation if abuse occurs.
- We do not use any of this information for advertising, profile building, or onward sale to third parties.
3. Third-party services
Two third parties are involved in delivering this site:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts the site and runs the serverless function behind the contact form. Standard access logs are retained per AWS defaults. AWS's privacy statement is at aws.amazon.com/privacy.
- Cloudflare Turnstile protects the contact form from automated abuse. When you submit the form, Turnstile evaluates whether the request is likely human; depending on its assessment it may collect technical signals about your browser and connection. See the addendum below for the specific Cloudflare privacy disclosure.
4. Retention
- Contact-form submissions are retained in our inbox indefinitely unless you ask us to delete them.
- Server-side request logs are retained for approximately 90 days, then automatically purged.
5. Your rights
If you'd like a copy of the information we hold about you, or want us to delete it, email inquiries@arpeggio.partners from the address associated with the request. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for at least 30 days after they take effect.
7. Contact
Privacy-related questions: inquiries@arpeggio.partners.
